Zimba lets you create wikis, which are documents that more than one person can edit. In Zimbra, these are called "notebooks".
Zimbra lets you create documents, organized into notebooks - you can create new sections and pages complete with richly formatted text and embedded spreadsheets in your web-browser.
Then you can actually share those pages out - by section, page or notebook - with anybody else in your company, who can edit them as well - allowing you to collaborate on documents together.
You can even share selected pages or sections out to the public - people who don't even have Zimbra, allowing you to instantly publish pages of data and spreadsheets to the web. Update your products list, or upcoming events, and let all your customers see it, or restrict your vendor's price list with a password.
